Leading Bariatric Dietitian Helen Bauzon, will help support you through your weight loss journey on a monthly basis.

(1) Arrive with your list of questions ready to be answered

(2) Helen will provide a 15minute presentation based on the needs of the group

(3) Enjoy the opportunity learning from others and sharing experiences

(4) You will leave with at least one goal you will work on achieving between meetings and be held accountable by reporting back to the group and between each meeting
