Lap Band Recipes

Helen has saved you time and uploaded recipes that were originally fairly close to being to low fat, including low glyceamic index carbohydrates.  These recipes have then been modified accordingly to improve the over all caloric intake.  The final adjustments have included modifying the recipes to make then appropriate for you with the Lap Band.  The recipes categories include:

Your goal to maintain the texture of the diet as dry and solid as possible to maximize the effect of the band. At times of stress and band irritation, the wet and easy / soup recipes may be of benefit. This softer and easier texture should be maintained at no more than 10% of your time as a proportion.
