Breakfast
The following recipes are appropriate for the whole family – low fat and rich in vitamins and minerals. Helen Bauzon has modified the recipes (highlighted in red) to become Lap Band friendly and lower in calories.
A “true” breakfast for a banded individual at 7am, is close to impossible often, as the Lap Band does feel tighter. In view of this the texture and time of your first meal may vary. The breakfast options reflect this by being both solid in nature to soft and even a liquid.
