Grilled Polenta

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

Cut the pre-packaged polenta into wedges of your preferred sizes

Place onto a tray (which is lined with baking paper to avoid polenta sticking)

Sprinkle with parmessan cheese and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil

 

Polenta can be used in the following manners:

  1. Place finely diced tomato, cucumber and red onion on top dressed with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice squeezed.
  2. Place any home made meat/chicken/fish based casserole on top of the polenta
  3. When rice or pasta is used as base in a meal, consider replacing with polenta.
