Mango and Passion fruit smoothie

1. Cut the mango flesh from the seed. Discard the seed and roughly chop the flesh. Place into a blender with the milk, yoghurt, honey, wheat germ and ice. Blend until smooth, stir in the passionfruit pulp and pour into chilled serving glass. Serve immediately. Variations: Banana & strawberry smoothie: Tip wheat germ is available from health food section of supermarkets or health food shop. Once opened keep in an airtight container in the freezer to prevent weevils. |
