(Criteria 1) Four weeks since Lap Band Surgery was performed. Vicki

(Criteria 2) Have had the Lap Band surgery between 6-12 months ago and the weight loss had stopped (Michelle & Morgan)

(Criteria 3) Lap Band Surgery was performed two or more years ago, and no more than 15 kilograms were lost or  atleast 50% of the initial weight loss has been regained. (Stephen)
